Culture as a factor of protection.

We all suffered the sudden implementation of social distancing. No more meetings and get to getter with coworkers, friends, and family. Some loose their jobs and even worst, a family member. Concerts, plays, and workshops were all starting to be available to us. They provided us joy, laughs, and hope to face isolation, depression, and anxiety. Culture gave us the strength we needed to learn how to live this new reality and face it the best way each of us can. Culture was and still is our fuel to pursue our goals during this uncertain times. It is our protective shield for our mental health.
